Filmmaking Fundamentals
This core class offers students an opportunity to learn the basics of film-shot decision-making in an interactive and collaborative environment. Each assignment grows more complex as we explore movement, lighting, sound, and dialog. This class is a prerequisite to the Studio Experience class and is designed for students in the 5th grade or higher.

A Day in the Life of Class
Each class is split up into three parts: Introduction, Production, and Discussion.

-
Introduction - each assignment starts with a brief introduction, often with a famous movie clip(s), that acts as a guide for the mission ahead.
-
Production - the students split into teams and execute a strategy that satisfies the mission.
-
Discussion - view the final clips and discuss the overall execution.
